Enhance Your Bath Experience With These 12 Items:

Over the last several years, I’ve learned to depend on a few basic items for my bath time escapes. Of course, none of these items are required for a soothing bath, but they certainly help!

These are my must-have bath items for optimal relaxation during “me time”:

1. Epsom Salt:

This stuff is incredible. Epsom salt contains magnesium, which aids in muscular relaxation and healing. It’s calming and beneficial to your health. Plus, you can purchase a big bag for real cheap almost anywhere.

2. Bathtub Caddy:

This caddy is the best invention ever. It contains a spot for your phone, a tablet or iPad, a book, soap, and a glass of wine. Because of this handy caddy, you’ll get lost in episodes of The Handmaid’s Tale while showering.

3. Shower And Bath Gel:

You must include bath gel on your shopping list if you want to feel refreshed. A great pick is Neutrogena Rainbath Refreshing Shower and Bath Gel.

This delicious shower gel has a combo of herbs, spices, and fruits to help you clean up while also feeling rejuvenated. This will become your bath-time staple as it is light and washes off easily!

4. Sandalwood Soap:

Sandalwood soaps are excellent for cleaning and guarding against germs, so include them in your bath regimen as well. I recommend Kama Ayurveda, soap with Red Sandalwood.

This soap contains pure red sandalwood powder and oil, which assists with acne and sunburns.

Use it once, and your skin will shine! It will erase your tan and regulate the oil production of your skin. – Remember to moisturize after using.

5. Drain Cover:

Nothing beats resting in a bath that’s almost up to your chin until you suddenly hear that dreadful draining noise and all your magical bath water drains away. I mean, I get why bathtub manufacturers have those awful drain gizmos in the tub, but COME ON!

We’re all grown-ups here! Anyway, we use this helpful drain cover to get around these brilliant tub designers and their wacky drainage. Every cent was well spent.

6. Bath Pillow:

My tub is very comfortable even without a cushion. However, having a cushion adds to the elegance. It is my favorite pillow as it dries quickly and has incredibly strong suction cups. With this gadget, I could practically snooze in my tub.

7. Bath Soak:

Bath soaks are fantastic! We sometimes prefer them over bath bombs since they are more luxurious. Farmhouse Fresh’s Coconut Cream Bath Soak is one of our favorites. It’s heavenly.

8. Bubble Bath:

Sometimes we’d rather have a bubble bath than a soak or a bomb. If that’s the case, we’ll grab either this Deep Steep Chamomile & Lavender Bubble Bath or the Kneipp Red Poppy and Hemp Bubble Bath.

Both smell fantastic, but I prefer lavender when having trouble falling asleep. So relaxing!

9. Bluetooth Shower Speaker:

When you are not in the mood to read or would rather surf Instagram or Pinterest in the bath, you’ll connect your Spotify playlist to this adaptable Bluetooth shower speaker.

You’ll like using this in the bath, but it’s also excellent for shower singing. It’s waterproof, and the sound is fantastic!

10. Himalayan Salt Lamp:

Whether or not you believe in the numerous alleged health advantages of Himalayan salt lamps, there is no disputing that they are a relaxing, low-light complement to your bath time routine.

11. Candles:

Bathing by candlelight is one of my favorite pastimes. Typically, I will light one highly scented candle and numerous unscented candles.

This candle from Homesick Candles is on our Christmas wish list! Other faves are Capri Blue’s Volcano Candle and Trapp Fragrances‘ Orange Vanilla.

12. Lotion

:
After you get out of the bath, use a natural, delicious-smelling body lotion to lock in that deep hydration. Farmhouse Fresh makes my absolute favorite lotions.

We couldn’t manage without these amazing, moisturizing lotions.

Coconut Cream Shea Butter and Rainbow Road Shea Butter are two of our favorite smells.
